For stress, workouts and small breaks between intense periods of work have helped me out a lot. It's amazing what breaking a sweat can do for you mentally.

CPT Aaron Kletzing We're currently testing the app in a study managed by the company I work for. There is a control group, so half of those who register will be able to interact with the app and provide feedback for improvements. It would be great if you could share with your connections. Thank you!

I learned later in life that accumulating less stuff solves many issues. The money pressure goes down, the pressure of being tied to your stuff and the pressure of getting a place to store all that stuff goes down too. It is all connected. Our consumer culture is extremely unhealthy and sure as heck didn't make me any happier in the long run.
Buy less stuff.
Buy less stuff.

I agree. Most stuff doesn't bring value to people's life. Buying less can definitely help you save.
