With units below mission capable numbers, will increased workloads with less manpower push Great Soldiers/Leaders to leave the Military?

So my respond to all of you, what can we do as Leaders in order to try to keep these steller Soldiers from leaving our ranks? Ive had 5 Soldiers within the last two months decide to get out due these issues.
