Will the post 9/11 gi bill pay dual enrollment if it is a vocational type school (flight training) and a regular 4 year degree program?

I'm currently enrolled at a flight school that is apart of a high education school so the VA pays for both the training and my degree. This school however is in Utah, and my family and I are wanting to move back to San Diego so my wife can continue her education. There are flight schools there but they aren't associated with a college so the VA only pays up to a certain amount and no BAH. If I enroll in a school there, will it pay for both? I've tried calling and asking but the gentleman told me he didn't know the answer to that, and that was the end of the conversation. Hoping some here may know the answer.
