Will the current administration ever regain the trust of our Israeli allies?

No, the Obama administration has burnt too many bridges with Israel. The President's support of the Iran deal was most likely the last straw. The administrations attempt to affect the Israeli election for President and similar attempts to directly interfere in Israeli international relations with its neighbors has left a bad taste in the mouth of the Israeli leadership.
Hopefully the next administration will do much better. It would be difficult to do much worse.

Actions speak louder than words, and Obama's actions have consistently opposed the Israelis and tilted toward the Palestinians and other Arabs hostile to Israel. For example, Obama comes down hard on Israel for building apartments in the Jewish section of Jerusalem claiming that it harms the peace process while remaining silent about the rockets the Palestinians are constantly raining down upon Israeli civilians.

Obama has been hostile to Israel from the very beginning of his administration, and his actions have all had the effect of weakening Israel and making their annihilation more likely.
