I am currently trying to transfer from active duty Marines to the Navy to be a Corpsman and I am wondering. Will my Rifle and Pistol qualification badges transfer carry over to the Navy qualification ribbons?

Well I'm not sure about the Navy but the Army requires a qualification of every six months or you can't wear the award. It is not a permanent award but a qualification award.

Yes. After all, they were awarded to you by the Department of the Navy. Whether or not they will allow you to wear them as a corpsman, not sure. However, if you are placed with a MarDet and your 1st Sgt knows you earned them as a Marine you command will most likely allow them to be worn, most especially because all medics/corpsmen are now authorized (if not ordered outright) to bare personal arms/weapons. It's not WW2 where medical personnel were obligated to be weapons free due to the Geneva Convention.
