Will I need to submit an NCOER with the nonrated time from late Jan to mid-June or start fresh with change of rater report?

I got back from a deployment in late January 2024 (received NCOER from it) and took terminal leave from active duty in early April 2024 to my DEROS in mid-June 2024 and immediately started Reserve status the following day.
The time between when I arrived back to my unit in late Jan to early April was less than 90 days so I thought there was no need for an NCOER. Now that I have been attending BA with my Reserve unit, will I need to submit an NCOER with the nonrated time from late Jan to mid-June or start fresh with change of rater report?

Your next NCOER should start on the day following the THRU date of your last NCOER.
It will be nonrated time from that date until the day before you reported to your Reserve unit in mid June, and your rated time on this NCOER starts the day you reported, and will be at least 120 days, and up to 365 days (an 18 month NCOER with 12 months of rated time).

Only thing to add is that AR 623-3*, para 3-43 addresses Extended Annuals.
