Will having a GO LOR for green to gold ADO help strengthen my packet when I have to request waiver for age and ASF?

If by GOLOR you mean Recommendation, and not Reprimand, yes. It will strengthen your packet. However, overcoming the waiver will have more to do with numbers than recommendations.

I am retaking the gt and shooting for a 115 to 120 to be competitive, sitting at 3.3 gpa and 300 PT score. So I am hoping with the LOR from MG Thompson it will help since my waivers have to be viewed by the CG.

I want to be realistic and be optimistic that I can get selected but understand it's a numbers game also.
