Why does the number of sexual assaults continue to increase throughout the Army?

It's not really clear whether there are actually more sexual assaults happening or just more people reporting. There's really no way to tell if there's actually an increase or just more people reporting. However, it's a good thing that people are reporting it means they feel comfortable to report it and aren't afraid of retaliation. Unfortunately it's not likely that sexual assault will ever end because of sexual predators who find their way in.

Because somepeople are friggin dumbasses that can't learn to keep their hands to themselves.

1. Are they increasing, or is the reporting of them getting more accurate? Maybe more folks feel more enpowered to report them.
