Which do you prefer, military or civilian hospitals and or medical related services?

When we moved to Olympia, WA, Madigan AMC would not enroll new retirees coming from out of area, so we went with Tricare standard. I don't regret that move for a second...

Civilian for sure.

When I retired I requested a "Shared Physical" Civilian facilities have a different feeling. In military hospitals, the "Clerk" normally a civilian with an attitude, should check the attitude, but the docs and medics in the Military facility are top notch
