So as the title says, how do you determine which ASI to use? None of mine are on MTOE for the unit. So do I go by newest for which is placed on my NCOER?

I would suggest you use the one that is most congruent with your current job, or aligns with future assignments you would like to pursue. Highlighting the training you have received and how to apply it in current assignments is something most decision makers like to see.

Unfortunately, none of mine actually pretain to my MOS. As of now I have 2B Air Assault (just got this morning), 1K Crew Master Gunner, and P5 Master Fitness. Being a eletronic maintenance MOS I was using 1K before. Career wise, should I switch off?

Based on what you've said, I'd recommend emphasizing the P5. It is applicable and valuable everywhere. Heck, I need one.

You are doing well to accumulate qualifications WO1 (Join to see). ANy of those could well help your career as well as make you a more valuable member of the team.
