Where does the 160th SOAR get its flight medics from?

I couldn't find 68W under SOAR in the goarmysof.com website, so it made me wonder.

They're full, which is why they aren't on the site or being accepted. Keep an eye out starting in Sept, as numbers come each fiscal year.
The 68W application is different from the typical enlisted one. They want high GT and PT scores.
If you want to attend SOCM (ASI W1) another way, there is Civil Affairs as well.

SOCM comes after green platoon. 160th, like 75th, requires it's medics to already be 68W and selected into the unit before sending to SOCM, meanwhile Civil Affairs and SF use SOCM to convert anyone into a medic.
