Where can I find help for rental assistance?

I having a hard time, because my rental people shredded a money order I paid them with my rent, and I could not get it replaced until 2 months later because of the covid virus, my mail was not coming right for 2 months. I was suppose to receive a stimulous payment, my taxes and my rental payment for disability that I get every year for disability, and because of the Covid 19 all my payments are delayed
