When will the people at the records admin be working to get service records for disability claims?

Had two cancerous tumors removed ( about 40% of right lung removed). almost a year now and still no answer to my claim. I'm a Vietnam vet but was told by law that they had to get my complete service record. DD214 not good enough to prove I was boots on the ground. Would like to know when people will return to work to pull records. People at Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart do not seem to have any trouble working.?

Have spoken to a VSO but long after I had filed. Little he could do since I had not filed with his assistance. He was the one who told me about the levels of quarantine from covid. At that time (Aug 2020?) They were in phase 1 of 3 for re-opening. Do not know where they are now. If I get a negative response from the VA I will contact VSO to help me with appeal.
