What would you do if you came across a case of Stolen Valor in public?

While I was on Holiday Block Leave (during BCT), my wife and I were shopping at the local mall when I came across a man shopping in his uniform for the holidays. His uniform was all jacked up and it was obvious this man was sporting an Army uniform in order to get military discounts. What would you do if you came across a situation like this?
