What would be my perspective commissioning rank as a LCSW, either AD Army or Reserves?

Hey there. I have held a LCSW for about 1 year and have 15 years of experience in field. MSW Concentration Mental Health, Focus Military Social Work from USC Los Angeles. All internships focused on clinical and leadership roles, with focus on military family and refugee and immigrants. Specialty is Multi-systemic Therapy and family therapy.
Currently living in Maine. Held several supervisory positions and currently up for promotion to senior management at the company I work for.
What would my perspective Commissioning rank end up as either Active or Reserve Army? 0-3 minimum?

Enlisting E 1 private.... with a degree you may start as an E3.... Officer yeah No even with a degree you are going to have to earn it. you will make rank if you have a BA or MA faster tho

Not true for AMEDD. AMEDD are direct commission base on clinical expiriencience and clinical licenses.
