What website gives you a by-MOS list of which are in demand and which are overstrength?

There isn’t a website. Go to your retention NCO and ask for in and out calls

Theres a whole lot more to reclass than In/Out calls.
There is your PULHES, rank, clearance, line scores, time on station, RCP, TIG, TIS, DEROS, and most important of all - if class seats are available.

SPC (Join to see) that's for active duty in-service reclass. If you're prior service it's entirely different at the MEPS.
