What can I do to make a more competitive Warrant Officer packet?

I have Security +, going to college for cyber security, have 5 NCOERs (1 qualified, 3 highly qualified and 1 most qualified) and have held leadership positions as a platoon sergeant and squad leader. I have also worked with and configured TCNs, SDNs, STTs and T2C2.

I am thinking about dropping a packet for an ammo warrant. However I have time to wait before I can submit this packet. Beside working towards my bachelor degree what else can I do to work towards this packet.

When I review Warrant packets, NCOERs are always the first thing I go to. Without strong performance, all the other stuff doesn’t mean much. Performance first. I want a Candidate that takes care of Soldiers and accomplishes the mission. If you do those two things, the NCOER writes itself.

You pretty much fit the bill my dude. Maybe pickup Net+, and some of the other CompTIA+ certs (like CISP and CCNA/CCNP?) just to diversify, but I don't see why you couldn't apply with what you have now to be honest.
