What to do if you if you are being mistreated by an E-5

I have brought it up to my platoon Sgt about a conflict between being mistreated by an NCO,while going through my MEB process. I have requested for a different NCO.
The situation was brought to my 1st Sgt by my platoon Sgt but no action was taken.
I still have the same NCO as a squad leader but this has come to the point where I don't trust him completely!
How should this situation be further approached while trying to finish the MEB process ?

Brought it up to my plt Sgt about a conflict between me and a NCO for mistreatment while I'm going through my MEB process. I have requested for a different NCO. Situation was brought to my 1sgt from my plt Sgt but no action was taken. But I still have the same NCO as I brought to my plt sgt that this will be a future issue and I'm concern about my condition that I will have a breakdown and lose it
