I like doing back. I get a lot of satisfaction from feeling my lats aching the day afterward.

Same here. I'm always excited for back day - vertical or horizontal, except when my hip gets stiff before heavy barbell rows. I don't like back machines.

I normally only use the cables for Lat pulldown and low row. Aside from that I frequent the T-Bar, Pullups, Bent Over, and Front Levers. It all depends on what I am feeling and what routine I am doing.
The issue I find with fitness is that unless I have a good structure, I won't do it. I have used many different routines, but if I have done it for too long, I get bored and won't go.

SFC (Join to see) - We're a bit opposite. I despise lat puldowns - I like using as little equipment as possible. Changing your routine monthly should fix that and keep progression inline.

Legs, WHY? Well you don't see everyone doing legs, I think thats why one of my favorite bodybuilders is Jay Cutler. He loved doing legs. I'm working my way up to a 610 Squat again. It is also a full body workout.

Now that you mention it, I do always get a big boost of motivation every time I realize I have two leg days a week while most people in my gym only do leg extentions/curls for legs - sometimes, deadlifts. Great call. I remember seeing pics of Jay in M&F magazines doing lunges and more. Lunges are awesome.

Yes Sir, also I love watching Ronnie Squat 800 LBS. "Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but no body wanna lift the heavy ass weight"...... Light Weight Baby.... LOL

I tried the squat everyday program last year and it was rough, but overall it improved quite a few military applicable skills. Increases in leg endurance and strength translates to faster and longer runs as well as foot marches
