What percentage of my 100 percent disability will my wife get if I die before her?

She doesn't get any of your disability. However, she may get Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) if she meets the eligibility* for it. Assuming she meets the eligibility, then there are various rates* depending on the situation.
The amount she would get is $1,562.47/month if no additional added criteria apply up to $2,463.10 if she meets the criteria for the "8-year provision, Aid and Attendance, and Housebound". Furthermore she'll receive an additional amount depending on how many children under the age of 18 you have.

It is not a percentage, but a fixed dollar amount. Look up DIC on the VA website for eligibility criteria and amounts.

He’s in a Va nursing home and they say he’s declining, my daughters and I are considering calling Hospice in. We just have so may questions!!
