What kinds of employment resources would veterans pay for to help with transition to civilian life? Or would it only be free resources?

There's such an extensive supply of "resources" for each part of the transition process that you'd have to be a bit more specific with regard to which area you're referring (ie. employment, education, benefits, housing, spouses, programs... )

Doug Macdonald - Yes, as MAJ Yinon Weiss stated in the previous response, your book was left off of this repeat post. I see it now.

I would pay for a service (training, boot camp, mentorship) that guarantees employment at a company in my desired field with a promised salary minimum.

If you are looking for an example. BLOC has a Software Engineer Track that holds this promise... Problem is, it is $25,000 and doesn't qualify for a standard education loan and the minimum monthly payment is roughly $650 a month... That is far too expensive in my opinion.

Cpl Mario DiPasquale, You are the only one that can guarantee employment. Be mentally prepared to succeed and you will. Corporate America recognizes that. You might want to review my resource on Amazon.

While I certainly agree with that statement. There are "skills shortages" in many fields. A company that is able to fill these skills gaps, has an opportunity to provide a resource to employers. Much like BLOC has.
Thank you for the resource. I will take a look at it.

CAPT Tom Bersson, They are beneficial for understanding best principles and practices but even the DOD admits the mental preparation is lacking.
