As a junior NCO I feel that I am obligated to make on the spot corrections. One of my biggest pet peeves that I see is walking and talking on the cell phone. I tend to notice it the most off post while soldiers are still in uniform.

Many of us have one thing that really gets to us. I have to say that probably my biggest pet peeve (as it pertains to the military) are ill fitted ACU tops. I constantly find myself explaining to people how their uniform should fit.
