What is the typical wait time for SECDEF orders (for an AMEDD AD/AR officer)?

I commissioned into the Army in November as a 63N via FAP program (AR during residency, AD after). Board selected in July. I’ve been waiting for secdef orders per my recruiter to receive my stipend, how much longer should I expect to wait? He did say that my packet is where it needs to be.
