FLIPL was started routed through the proper channels and signed off by PBO, equipment was an AAR error within PBUSE, additional equipment was lost during unit move between old and new location, in-coming supply nco was to receive items, then during the move individual was pulled from position. This occurred 2 plus years ago - can soldiers still be charged?

well. do you have a copy of the findings for the flipl with approving authority recommendation? was this through AFT or manual?
