What is the Sustainment Learning Assessment (SLA)? Is it in ALMS?

I'm at a loss.
My branch transfer to LG (having started as QM and completed LG CCC) packet is asking for Form 87 (distance learning certificate of completion) for a course called:
Sustainment Learning Assessment (SLA)
What is that? I cannot find it in ALMS. The check list does not give a specific course number so I am searching on key words and not having any luck.
