Say a soldier has a permanent profile and can only complete 4 of the tasks. Is the highest score he can achieve a 400 or is there a modified grading system?

I thought that they were going with the three event minimum for perm profile soldiers to remain deployable but then I found this memo from 2019 that profiling officials could limit it to one event for perm profile.
Honestly - there really are no "final" grading standards at this time since it's still in testing phase and it's probably going to change even if they ever start counting it as a test. I mean it changed from May 2019 to Nov 2019 alone - let alone the last 2 years.
I have a permanent profile and I do the row for the aerobic event and did everything else on the test when I did a diagnostic. I think for those I got points for whatever the standard was in Feb this year. I passed some events but not all. I think the row, since it's an alternate, was just go or no go.
