I have 56 months on station, received orders to fort hood report July, my reenlistment window opens next year and I want to go to go somewhere else conus. What is the SRR requirement, if I’m trying to extend to PCS?

I'm not sure of the question. It sounds like your Career Counselor told you the answer already and would have told you that you're not authorized to reenlist for a different duty station once you're on assignment.
Do you mean what is the minimum time on station at your new duty station?
The SRR for a CONUS to CONUS assignment is 2 years, but it's 3 years Time on Station to move from your new duty station to the next one.

Once you go to your new station, the report date to your next duty station has to be three years from when you arrived at Hood. That means that two years on Hood you can get an assignment with a report date of a year later.
