What is the process to become a SORB Recruiter?

Steve, I came down on SORB orders the same as anyone else, the manning slate. Basically when you are identified as a "possible mover" you will get a spreadsheet with all of the open assignments available and you rate the ones you want. You can also contact the branch manager to discuss your desires to join the SORB. My position at Carson will be available in about a year, so they should fill the slot on the next slate, as well as the Ft Lewis and maybe Ft Drum slots. So I'd get on it with branch and your 1SG/CSM.
