Through a very "Army" set of circumstances I inherited the duties of reconstruction manager for that site. I wasn't there there until after the attack but it was odd seeing stuff in person that I'd seen on the news days before and working with people that are in the photos that are still all over the news.

Oh boy so many. But definitely hands in pockets. Not only is it pointless but it seems counter productive.

If it’s cold out and your pockets can provide some sort of warmth, it seems like putting your hands in your pockets would improve readiness
