What is the length of time I would have to extend in order to push my ETS date back so that I'm able to PCS out of Korea on time?

I pcs out of Korea in OCT 2021 and ETS April 2022. I talked to my BN retention see if I can extend to push my ETS date back so I'm able to PCS out of Korea on time and he said in order for me to pcs I would have to extend for 2 years and ETS in the states in April 2023. I'm just wondering if that sounds right or not?

Actually what he said is you would have to extend for one year. If your ETS is 2022 and your new ETS is 2023 that's a one year extension. You could actually reenlist today for two years and your ETS would be February 2023 as opposed to extending one year and having an ETS of April 2023.
You could have extended for long enough to meet the SRR to return to CONUS but you would have had to extend prior to going to Korea.
The regulation forbids your Career Counselor for extending you to meet the SRR for PCSing back to CONUS while you're in your reenlistment window.

He saw you coming. You need to be within 90 days of your ets. I did it three times
