I'd like to know what the current stance is for an E-4 who has been delegated from service for 6 years on re entry to the Army. Does anyone here know what the current regs are for this situation? Thanks in advance for any guidance. Obviously this question isn't for me, I'm way to old to be accepted at this point. Lol

If I understand correctly, you wish to know what the stance is for someone who has been out of the military for 6 yrs and is an E-4 when ETSd? If I understand that correctly, then answer would depend on their Re-Entry Code placed on their DD-214 and if they have anything listed on a police record.

Yes, that is what I mean. I know about the re-entry code. But sometimes that doesn't even matter. Like back in 92 when I went back in, no matter what your classification was you had to enter under the PS18 program or not at all. And with the new rounds of draw downs I was curious if they had made a move similar to this again. Thank you SSG Livingston.

SGT Timothy Rocheleau - I do not believe they have, as I have not heard anything. But, being just a lowly SSG, of course they aren't going to inform me of everything. I would recommend to your associate, to visit the nearest recruiter and ask that very question.

Is there a way to edit your lost after hitting "post or save"?
