What is the best company from which to order an NCO sword?

I highly doubt I will never need it for official reasons but I want to order one that could be used as such.

The best route is through your unit or high headquarters. I would think an NCO sword is something that can be purchased with operations funds utilizing a Government Purchase Card (GPC) and added to your unit property book.
