With the recent incidents of Police verses Civilians on racist incidents, do Military soldiers deal with same types of issues which don't get as much attention.

No. I do not think the military tolerates any individual or collective racial divisiveness. I think our MPs in each military branch operate with a clear understanding that the uniform we wear removes any and all racial divides. Now, are there the inescapable and petty personality conflicts that arise between specific individuals? Yes.
