Sent an email requesting assistance in recovering a report from the Wyoming National Guard last Thursday to an AGR readiness NCO and a Major and have not gotten a response. Wondering what I should do next.

Business is business, pick up the phone and call the Senior NCO. If it is 100% work related and you have a time limited explain it. Be tactful.

This answer is spot-on. Remain professional and call them. They may have received your email and are working the problem and not replied to you. Once you call, you can inform whomever tasked you, the situation, because you spoke with them directly over the phone.

If I find an Email was not responded to I may send a follow up or if its time critical I may even pick up the phone and call them. I'm diplomatic however keeping caught up on work also sometimes requires what ever follow up may be needed and I'm not bashful or nervous about it.

If they work M-F and there's no out of office reply generally there should be atleast an acknowledgment the next business day. However, if they work in the field, etc. that could change. Send another message and request a read receipt- this will let you know that they have read it at least, then expect a reply within the next business day after read.
