I have been waiting for my bonus, I've called DFAS twice & today they said there's no record of a bonus for my social security number & told me to call USPFO and file a CMS case. Can someone explain this to me please? Or help me?

I must add that the Career Counselor is responsible to initiate the case, if the bonus is for a reenlistment option!

I spoke with him today & he emailed head of finance the ones who handle our bonuses in our state, to track where my bonus status stands then we'll go from there. He said he's ready to file complaints because I signed my new contract 7 months ago, I should've had my first payment by now.
