What has been your experience with Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) in the treatment of PTSD?

I have heard very positive things about SGB from some close personal friends. The thing that needs to be considered though, is that it's just a temporary solution; the PTSD itself will need to be addressed at some point through a multitude of therapy / treatment options.

Not familiar with this at all over 50 years clinical experience.
