MAJ David Vermillion, age is not a factor, if the evidence (or by his own omissions) exist, there is only one decision, the punishment might vary however, holding him accountable has no substitute.

Anyone who has committed crimes of this nature including those not yet charged should never be allowed to stop looking over their shoulder and should fear getting caught regardless of age.
