Our devices for detecting radioactive materials are at our harbors, not at the border. They have massive tunnels that start in Mexico and run to central New Mexico and other states. These tunnels have AC, power, running water...the one on NATGEOs Drugs Inc. opened up underneath a pool table, it lifted up by way of hydraulics. The border is a free for all and one cartel is only concerned with bring people across they dont even deal in drugs. Do you think this cartel is going to let us know when terrorist come across? or are they going to take the money and run? The border is very easy way into our country for anyone determined to get in.
