It really depends on what you're trying to reclass into, plus your own circumstances. Are you requesting to reclass into an application MOS, are you in your reenlistment window or not, how much time do you have on station, are you OCONUS?
These are all factors that you must consider and that your Career Counselor is there to help navigate.

That's what I'm trying to figure out because the only guidance my Brigade Career counselor gave me was that I had to go online to find the stuff to build I guess a packet. She came down to our Battalion for a day but she couldn't spend much time doing anything and all she really told me is I had to build a packet for A Voluntary Reclass.

Contact your Personnel I had put in a reclass paper work and they it was approved for my secondary MOS to MY primary to my Secondary and I did it when I had 18 months in service. so when it came time to reenlistment I reenlist for the job that I wanted.
