I've been a SPC for almost 2 years in the USAR. I have completed SSD1, have a passing (and current APFT) and am attending BLC most likely in April. I was wondering what I have to do after graduating from BLC. Do I still have to submit a packet to the board, or do I just ensure all of my qualifications are properly uploaded into iPerms. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you spoken to your NCOs about the requirements and steps to take? They should be your first point of contact on this. I am not aware of the steps for the reserve component as I am active but most of what you said is accurate and the packet is usually for the promotion board. Anyone else from the reserves able to chime in?

The steps for Reserve are the same for Active. Only difference is the boards. Most active have to stand a board, Reserve has a paper board.

Yes, you still have to submit a packet. Make sure you have all qualifications, certificates, achievements in it. I'd suggest having it ready before WLC, that way you can submit it as soon as you return.
