100% agree w/ that! Had a few NCO's like that when I was in. Wouldn't even go to them w/ Army stuff, let alone personal issues.

This is very true. Colin Powell is a great leader who I admire and try to learn from.

SPC Eddie "Nemo" Aiumu, thanks for sharing. I've read two books on Gen. Powell and they were very inspirational to me.

In the 90s two great Leaders emerged for Our Military. One of course is Gen Powell the other was the Late Hon. Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf. Now we shall wait and see who will take the mantle that was set by the likes of Gen. Washington, Gen. Sherman and etc.
