Interesting question SPC Margaret Higgins -- day to day I have not set goals, but as the installation commander and being directly responsible to the community I have told my guys find a way to say "yes." This task is absolutely harder than you can imagine, but actually forces thought, empathy and complete understanding of the problem or issue.
