What are the top ten concerns with starting a language school business?

Since I'm bilingual but I've been unlucky in my teaching job hunt, I thought I'd just start my own language school/translation services business; however, I don't know the first thing about starting, running, or growing a business from scratch. I don't even have cash. I'm a masters TESOL student. What advice (a top ten list) do you have to help me be successful? If you know an entrepreneur/businessman(woman) on RallyPoint, would you please ask them to pitch in their two cents? Thanks.
