What are the odds of my being able to reenlist with an RE-3 and a DUI from 2 years ago?

I received a DUI 2 years ago in September. Wondering about re enlisting, have a very empty void in my life definitely missing the military and the way of life. I still keep up with the needs of the military and saw they have a need for troops, what are the odds of getting back in? My re enlistment code is a 3?

Steven ~~. Have you received Final Discharge. If not you are in the IRR and you can request assignment to the Army Reserve where you can continue as long as you want to IAW Army Regulations. Ok??

You may be out of luck with the DUI as the Military have enough of those problems with this that are in. Consult recruiter

I was told DUIs are now waiverable by the army. They were not as recently as last year. Quick call to recruiter will answer the q.
