What are my chances of reenlisting active duty as a 35M being a prior service 11B?

I am a former 11B who got out after completing my first enlistment in full. My reentry code is 1 and separation code was MBK. I have a 105 GT and am looking to reenlist as HUMINT. Realistically what are my chances of getting back in as a 35M? I left service in 2016 as a E4(P) -SPC.

SPC Brandon Bell, HRC used to publish the business rules for prior service reenlistments, but they change so often that you have to talk with a recruiter to see what the latest message says in the system.
If you already speak a foreign language, especially the in-demand ones (Arabic, Russian, Korean, Chinese-Mandarin, or Persian-Iranian) you'll likely be a shoe-in or viewed very favorably. However, junior enlisted 11Bs are also somewhat in demand, so they may only offer you that again.
You'll need a 101 ST from your ASVAB (110+ is better) and if you don't know a language, you'll be required to take the DLAB (Defense Language Aptitude Battery) before heading to the MEPS - you are required to get a certain score to be eligible to enlist as a 35M. I would suggest reading up on it and trying a few of the practice tests to get an idea the test.
The only way you'll know about your chances is by talking to an active duty recruiter.

Thank you very much for your very helpful information. I am in contact with a recruiter and he has informed me about the DLAB. I greatly appreciate your assistance with this and you taking the time out of your day to respond, sir. ST line score is a 101 but no formal foreign language. I have dabbled in French, some Russian, and Arabic as personal curiosity but not to a conversational level. I have a basic understanding of Spanish as I have worked law enforcement for the past six years and have had to know basic Spanish to carry out that job function.

It all depends on your skill set with languages/availability, and your test scores. You need to see the local recruiter.

The way that things are going for recruiters currently, you might not have that big of a problem. Best thing to do is go down to talk to a recruiter and find out first hand. Best of luck to you.
