What are my chances of getting a medical waiver approved for the Army National Guard?

I was recently denied from navy due to history of nonspecific derm. I had to go to two consult from meps for my eyes and skin. I was worried about my skin so I went to see civilian derm doctor before consult. He said its just fungus, but consult doctor said its not fungus and put down some weird words after seeing note from my doctor. After 3 weeks, my eye one was approved but skin one didn't go through.. I had extra doc regarding to my skin that Im good to go. I just didn't want to waste time with this navy recruiter. So I went to national guard recruiter and told my situation.. i submitted everything for now and currently waiting for waiver.. Any chances of my waiver approval? Thanks for reading.
