What are financial assistance programs for student veterans?

I am currently just a full time student. The only income I get is disability and post 9/11 GI Bill benefits. Since I wasn't in school for the whole month of December I am getting less than half of what I usually get resulting in me not being able to pay all
of my bills, it will be the same for February. I need help.
