A dear friend and my mentor (CSM (R) Jeff Mellinger) shared this news with us, I want to share it with you as well.
Bo Callaway passes at 86. Soldier, statesman, entrepreneur. Korean War platoon leader, Secretary of the Army for two Presidents (transitioned the Army from draft to volunteer, took on racism and started changes to allow women to serve in combat roles), and twice Secretary of State.

Howard "Bo" Callaway was much more complex than the man so well known for helping his parents get Callaway Gardens in nearby Pine Mountain, Ga., up and running six decades ago.
