Want to go IRR to retain Title 10 orders for two more years. How can I do this?

Currently in a PFI tour and a member of the PAANG. The State is not allowing any more Soldiers to leave on PFI. I have two more years left on my contract and would like to go IRR to stay then retire. Any Idea on how to accomplish this?
