When the VEAP was switched to Montgomery GI bill, I was in San Antonio while my son was going through bone marrow transplant, took several months, when I got back to my original duty station, and I went to personnel to switch it over they told me I had missed the window. Does anyone know how I can get help? I did 20.5 years and retired?
